"You Belong"

This video was created by Audrey's Aunt Shelby.
It is actually Audrey singing along with Taylor
Swift as she watches the pumpkin patch video
created with the you belong to me track.
Audrey is a big Taylor Swift fan and loves
to watch and particpate with many other
musical groups. I think she is going to be
a future American Idol.

Happy Birthday Mickey

Groovy Baby

This video was created using photoshop's
premiere elements. Using two small avi files
provided by Wendy of Audrey having fun
at Disneyland. I added instant video to them
which provides the menu, title, transition and
animation. I then saved it for my DVD project in
widescreen which took over an hour to publish and
then I had to compress the file to a smaller
size to be able to post it on my blog page. Let me
know how you like Groovy Baby :)

The Buzz On Honey

Some new ideas for a classic sweetener

"I try to use honey in place of sugar; it adds body, is complex, and it isn't as sweet as adding sugar to a dish," says Chef Ryan Scott.

Of course, honey is the perfect accompaniment to simple fruit dishes and peanut butter sandwiches, but why stop there? Try mixing a glaze of equal parts honey and soy sauce to brush on meat. Combine honey with butter to spread on toast. For dessert, serve toasted nuts and honey alongside cheese or spooned over yogurt.

Scott suggests fresh ricotta, or any spread able cheese for that matter, on raisin bread, and topped with honey and sliced fruit. He also recommends using bee honeycomb (look for it at your local farmer's market). In thin slivers, he notes, it makes a tasty garnish for chilled cucumber soup and many cheeses.

spatula to remove the loaves without breaking them. Once they are cooled completely, wrap the
bread with Saran™ Premium Wrap or cellophane (or place in Ziploc® Holiday Containers) and give as gifts.

How fast they grow

This video is of Audrey's first recorded steps at just about 15 months old.
I understand that she's now running house to house on Halloween trick or
treating 21 months old. Oh boy how fast they grow. Posted on my blog for preservation purposes.
